Our founder transformed his professional experience as a civil engineer, gained both domestically and internationally since 1992, into a corporate identity in 2013, and began offering professional contracting services to the sector under the name Özdem Global İnşaat. With experience in various fields of the construction industry, our company is a preferred contractor in both local and global arenas due to its high commitment to international standards in project management, its continuously developing structure, a business model based on loyalty to its word, its achievements to date, and its sustainability-focused approach.
In all projects we have undertaken at home and abroad, we have always aimed to ensure high quality by using the latest technologies in engineering sciences. With this understanding, we have successfully completed every job we have undertaken.
In every completed and ongoing project, we have made it our duty to research, develop, and implement innovative solutions to achieve better and more effective results. In this way, we have increased our success in our goals of faster project completion day by day.
During and before the construction phase of our projects, we have strived to ensure business continuity by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and the environment, selecting appropriate methods and equipment, keeping safety risks at the lowest level. We have made it a company principle and our top priority to create a suitable working environment by raising awareness among all our employees through necessary training and by anticipating potential negativities and taking necessary precautions in time.
In each of our projects, we have determined our standards according to the internationally accepted ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system requirements. We have set our main goal to finish our projects in accordance with quality norms, on time, within budget, and with a safe working environment.
In every project we have realized to date and will undertake in the future, we have adopted and will continue to adhere to the principle of a service understanding that does not compromise on general and professional ethics, is sensitive to the environment and people, meets customer requirements, and exceeds expectations. Our Environmental Policy
In every project we implement, we base our work on the principles of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. To leave a more livable environment for future generations:

- In the establishment and operation of our construction sites,
we aim to prevent natural resource waste, minimize waste at its source, reuse it, protect the environment, and prevent pollution. In all our activities, we aim to reduce waste and residues and bring them back to the national economy through recycling.
The use and monitoring of appropriate technologies that ensure the efficient use of energy, raw materials, and natural resources are carried out.
Along with all this, we contribute to the continuous development of our Environmental Management System by setting new goals every year. We attach importance to encouraging training and activities on the protection of the environment and human health, and always keep the understanding of sustainability at the forefront.
Our OHS Policy
While carrying out all our construction activities at a high level of quality, protecting the occupational health and safety of all our employees and continuously improving the safe and healthy working environment is an indispensable issue for us. To ensure occupational health and safety:
- Current "Occupational Health and Safety" legislation and legal obligations are fulfilled.
- Identification of OHS risks related to work and elimination of hazards are ensured.
- Addressing opportunities during risk identification is ensured.
- Necessary resources are provided for setting, monitoring, and achieving OHS goals.
- Trainings are provided to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual OHS responsibilities, and consultation and participation are increased through employee representatives.
- The OHS policy is periodically reviewed to maintain compliance with the conditions, and continuous improvement of the OHS management system is ensured.
